His Excellency Ado Elhadji Abou, Executive Secretary of CEN-SAD, is taking part in the proceedings of the 7\u1d49 African Union – European Union (AU-EU) Summit, which <\/a>has been taking place since November 24, 2025 in Luanda, capital of the Republic of Angola.<\/p>\n\n

This high-level summit, dedicated to strengthening the strategic partnership between the two Unions, is structured around thematic technical sessions addressing major issues such as :<\/p>\n\n

– Promoting peace and prosperity through effective multilateralism ;<\/p>\n\n

– Migration and mobility as levers for development and enhanced cooperation.<\/p>\n\n

The CEN-SAD’s presence at this event of continental and international scope illustrates its determination to contribute actively to consolidating the dynamics of South-South and North-South cooperation, in a perspective of solidarity, dialogue, stability and shared development.<\/p>\n\n
