“The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Dr Abdoulaye-Sabre Fadoul, granted an audience on Friday February 28 to Mr Ado Allhadji Abo, Executive Secretary of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).
The meeting gave Mr. Abo the opportunity to extend his greetings to the Minister of State, and to outline the current challenges facing CEN-SAD. The Executive Secretary expressed the need to strengthen regional cooperation to meet the political, security and economic challenges affecting the Sahel-Saharan region.
During the audience, Mr. Abo also solicited the Chadian government’s support for CEN-SAD’s efforts to implement its #development and regional #stability initiatives.
The Minister of State reaffirmed Chad’s commitment to supporting CEN-SAD in achieving its objectives, while stressing the importance of enhanced cooperation between member states to meet common challenges.” – Ministry Press Office
