The Executive Secretary of CENSAD, His Excellency Ambassador Ado ELHADJI ABOU received a visit from Mrs. Francisca Tatchouop BelobeAfrican Union Commissioner for Economic Development, Trade, Tourism, Industry and Minerals (ETTIM), on the sidelines of her participation in the Mining and Hydrocarbons Forum (SEMICA) from January 21-23, 2026 in N’Djaména.
The visit provided an opportunity to discuss the importance of the African Minerals Development Centre, and to advocate ratification of the Centre’s statutes with a view to their entry into force.
