On Tuesday January 21, 2025, Chad’s Minister for the Civil Service and Social Dialogue, Mr. Abdoulaye Mbodou Mbami, held talks with Libya’s Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, Mr. Ali Alabed Alreda, who was visiting Chad, in the presence of CENSAD’s Executive Secretary, Ambassador Ado ELHADJI ABOU.
